The 'Catch22' cihar brand belongs to the Rocky Patel Premium Cigars Company. The Rocky Patel Premium Cigars Co. was founded by Rakesh 'Rocky' Patel, born in India in 1961. Rocky Patel worked as a lawyer in Los Angeles and became interested in cigars in the 1990s. Having bought a tobacco farm and a small factory in Honduras, he began producing cigars under the Indian Cigars brand, which he introduced in Cincinnati (USA) in 1996. In 2003, Rocky changed the name of Indian Cigars to Rocky Patel Premium Cigars. The first series under this brand was Rocky Patel Vintage 1990.
