Subscription

You can choose the rate that suits you and pay for access to its functionality. The subscription period is one (1) year. You can find more information about the functionality of various rates in the Rates section.

Payment

Payment for access to the functionality of the selected rate is carried out by VISA, MasterCard, MIR bank cards as well as other bank cards accepted by the PayPal payment system.

Transactions on the territory of Russia will be carried out in rubles.

Payment by bank cards of international payment systems Visa, MasterCard, MIR and others is provided by processing services XXX and PayPal. The processing of the received personal and other data of the User (card details, registration data, etc.) is carried out in processing centers. The Cigar Register service and our employees do not receive the User's personal and banking data.

To pay by bank card, you must enter information in the following fields:

Choose a payment method XXX or PayPal
Select the type of payment system (Visa, MasterCard or another)
Enter the card number
Name and surname of the cardholder
Specify the validity period of the card
Enter CVC / CVV number

XXX and PayPal systems are PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) certified according to version 2.0.

SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) - all information exchange between the Cigar Register Service, XXX and Paypal is carried out over secure channels using the HTTPS protocol. This protocol is based on the authentication of the interacting parties and data encryption using symmetric and asymmetric algorithms.

Refunds

The user has the right to cancel the subscription within 14 days, not counting the day of payment for the subscription. The cost of the subscription will be refunded in full, except for fees and taxes that may be charged in the jurisdiction of your stay, payment systems or your bank card issuer.

For a refund you must, after authorization through the feedback form, write a letter and inform us of your desire to unsubscribe and return its cost.

Your request for a refund for your subscription will be reviewed within 10 business days. If the paid amount is recognized as subject to refund, the refund is made to the card from which the payment was made. Refunds will be made by us within 15 business days from the date we made a positive decision to return. We will inform you about the return of the payment in a reply letter.

If your letter is written after the expiration of 14 days from the date of payment for the subscription, the subscription will remain until the end of the paid period, the funds will not be refunded and we will inform you about this in a reply letter.

Please note that after we return your funds to the payment system and banks involved in the return of your funds, it may take several days to return the money to your card. To get more accurate information about when the funds will be credited to your account, we recommend that you contact your bank directly.

Cancellation of the service

To cancel the service of the Cigar Register Service you must, after authorization through the feedback form, write a letter and inform about your desire to stop using the service and delete your account. Within 15 working days, your account will be disabled, the data about your collection will be deleted, and your consent to the processing of personal data will be suspended.
